Returns Policy

Christmas 2023 returns period extended until 6th January 2024 for orders placed on or after 13th November.
International orders returns period extended until 13th Jan.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Excel Clothing, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You must inform Excel Clothing via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number. For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however, your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us at the address below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition complete with all labels & tags within 15 days of receipt. On receipt of the goods and upon satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods less any delivery charges. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please contact us to receive your FREE RETURNS label within 14 days of delivery (For UK Orders ONLY & a maximum weight of 2kg applies) . At present, goods CANNOT be returned to stores directly.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you purchase extra insurance when sending items back using our free returns service with Royal Mail within the UK.

Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure on your delivery documentation for the return of the item you would like to exchange.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please enclose your receipt with the item and return to:

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
