Orders placed after 12noon Thursday 28th March will not ship until Wednesday 3rd April.
This includes Express Delivery orders.

Pre-Christmas Shipping closes 2pm Saturday 21st December

Orders placed after 2pm Monday 23rd until midnight 27th December will not ship until Monday 30th December.
This includes Express Delivery orders.

During busy seasonal periods, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched through your selected delivery service.

While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, we cannot ensure specific delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control.
The delivery process is handled by a third-party provider in your local area, and we depend on their services to deliver orders promptly.

Christmas 2024 returns period extended until 6th January 2024 for orders placed on or after 13th November.
International orders returns period extended until 13th Jan

Our standard delivery is by UPS and will typically take 2-4 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of €5.95 regardless of the value or number of items ordered. All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage.

Our UPS Express Delivery will typically take 1-2 working days, so any orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will normally arrive on a Monday.

Goods ordered between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the next UK working day, normally a Monday (this excludes Public/Bank Holidays).

Our standard overseas delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service or other courier ie: DHL, DPD or Fedex and may take up to 7 working days.

There are no additional tariffs, duties, customs checks or paperwork required for orders to the Republic of Ireland or Europe.

Expedited delivery is available Monday to Thursday at €9.30 if ordered before 2pm. Goods ordered between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the next UK working day, normally a Monday (this excludes Public/Bank Holidays).

The cost for this service is a flat rate of €30.00 regardless of the value or number of items ordered.

USA and Canada

All Shipping Rates apply up to a maximum of 2kgs parcel. We will contact you to discuss shipping costs for orders over 2kgs.

Please note that if your order exceeds the $800 threshold for import tax, you could incur custom duties and taxes, which are  an addition to the items you cost of your purchase. Failure to pay these fees might result in additional return-to-sender charges.

The cost for this service is a flat rate o €23.00 regardless of the value or number of items ordered.

USA and Canada

The cost for this service is a flat rate of €17.25 regardless of the value or number of items ordered.
